Other members of my family have a habit of heating food in the microwave without covering it with a paper towel. This causes food to splatter all over the top and sides of my microwave. This cover solves that problem! It has two holes at the top that make it easy to grab and remove. My only complaint is that it's not very high and doesn't always completely cover my food. However, it's durable and for the price, it's worth a try. No more mess in my microwave!
