Overall these are good socks. However, it is too narrow! It's very difficult for my son to put it on his leg - he's 11 years old and he couldn't do it himself because it's so tight. It's like a compression stocking. Luckily, he says he feels good when it's on; it won't hurt him or anything. But the pain of putting it on your leg/leg every practice or game gets really old. A little looser would be perfect. However, if you're looking for a sock that won't fall off, then this is your sock! You must never take it off your child's leg, but it will not fall off. Ha.
