Advertised quality receives a 5 based on physical inspection of the materials and methods used in their manufacture. Handcrafted, a quality this owner/reviewer admired - with the correct sewing machine designed to work leather - a bespoke, one-of-a-kind appearance. If a prospective buyer is looking for the equivalent of a machine built straight from the pipeline, it is not and is not meant to be such a product.
