VERY DISAPPOINTED! I bought this dash cam on March 10, 2021. In the beginning he was great. Image quality was great and it worked great. I live in Texas where to say the dash gets hot is an understatement. I've tried several other cameras in the past and all have either melted a bit or the internal batteries have expanded to the point where they're ticking like time bombs. So with this new camera I always unplugged this device and placed it under the seat in the shade, being careful not to touch the lenses. EVERY time, although it really isn't necessary. As of August of this year, it just randomly started shutting down. Turned on briefly and then off again. Now it's gotten to the point where it only goes on and off intermittently. Now it doesn't stay on for more than 2 or 3 seconds. I am also now unable to enter any of the setting modes or functions. I tried a different power supply and then a different cable to test again and it does the same thing. So now it's $100 junk and of course there's no return policy. Again very disappointed and I will not be buying or recommending any more Pruveeo products. Buy at your own risk and don't say you weren't warned.
