I ordered this Wi-Fi adapter hoping to speed up my Wi-Fi network and it has served its purpose. After we moved our home office from the downstairs bedroom to the upstairs living room, my Wi-Fi connection speed dropped drastically due to the greater distance from my router, but mostly due to an old PCI 2.4 wireless card. Before installing NET-DYN 1900, I ran the SpeedTest online program to see where my desktop speed was hanging off! On AVERAGE, I had a dismal download speed of 2.66 Mbps and an average upload speed of 2.25 Mbps. After installing a new driver and removing the old PCI card, the speeds I'm now getting are outrageous! Download speeds average 91.7Mbps with upload speeds just over 11Mbps! One of the best investments in my home PC and network I've ever made!
