I wanted to wait at least a month before writing my review, one of the reasons I bought this card is because back then it was very difficult to find 3090card when They were not willing to pay an insane price. I looked at all computer brands from brands like Orgin and Cyberpower but it was the same bottom line that I had to wait a month before the computer shipped. I wanted a new gaming pc for my birthday so when I looked for it they got it delivered on my birthday if I bought it from them. That's when I came across this one, before that I was building a Skytech brand computer for my cousin who had an rtx 3070 that was having minor cooling issues that caused it to shut down. Seeing what I knew about computers I was able to order the block AIO water cooling for the CPU and that fixes the random shutdowns it was getting. Knowing this, I read that there were only 44 user reviews at the time and got concerned. I thought to myself, this is the only way I can get a 3090 quickly. I bought the computer with the thought that I might have to replace the fans and other components, after buying the device the delivery date came and went and I didn't receive it my computer, then I sent a message to Skytech which took about a day to reply. When they did they told me the computer was just about ready to ship, after I mentioned to them that I had paid for expedited shipping (over $100) they apologized and refunded the shipping cost. At this point the computer had to be shipped to me as I live outside the US and this time it took 2 weeks to get to me. Skytyech contacted them a week after the computer was seeded for delivery and asked if everything was ok and the device was working, explained to them that I hadn't received it yet and they told me to contact them, when it is ripe, if i have any problem. Upon unboxing the computer I was impressed by the amount of protection they put in the box and only if someone drops the computer from 6ft will it be damaged. Neither the outer nor the inner box showed any damage or even signs of breakage. After unpacking and removing the foam that was inside the unit, I found that nothing had moved or broken. I start plugging everything in and turning it on and the amount of RGB was insane. I didn't have a wired ethernet connection to my computer at the time, but I still get 200Mbps over the Wi-Fi6 mesh in my house, so I was really shocked when I did. test and only got about 80 with the WIFI card that came with the PC. I ended up moving the network card to the last slot. The reason for this was that Skytech had a card in one of the full size slots used for graphics cards, so I figured it had the wrong connection. But this was not the case. So if you're looking to buy this computer and don't have a wired ethernet network on your desk, you might want to consider buying a better quality network card. Another small issue I had is the same as previous users where the front USB-C connection is not working. I eventually traced the cable and found that it was not connected, but also found that there was no room on the motherboard to connect the cable. It's a little frustrating when talking about a $4,000 gaming PC and when it comes to ports, but the I/O screen was another disappointing point. I got mine to the point where I had to take a small flathead screwdriver and bend the pins in the accessory ports, some ports I can't even use because the sheet metal covers part of the port. Given the price, you think this will fix all the complaints I've seen. When I bought mine some users got a Zotac card and lots of supported images which I didn't care at the time but I was shocked when mine came with a 3090 gigabyte card so NO complaints from me. I've played games like Flight Sim, GTAV, Hitman 3 Forza4, Snipper Elite 4 and haven't had any issues, frames are always high, no stuttering. All in all, if you can't wait for a custom built PC, at least my experience has been amazing and I plan to buy another RTX system from them for my office at work. I'll update when new issues come up, but the little issues I've had that I've dealt with are mostly cosmetic and when I'm playing the game I honestly don't care about them ports or usb-c. If you have any questions about my system please do not hesitate and I will try to answer them.
