There are 60 tablets per container and 2 tablets per serving for a total of 30 servings. Most of the ingredients are what you would expect from this type of supplement, although I'm not sure why cayenne pepper was added. There were also a few ingredients that I felt were missing from the competing products. I can't say I've noticed a difference in libido or my workouts while using this supplement, although I haven't noticed any negative side effects. That's fine compared to competing products, but there are other supplements that I think offer a better list of ingredients and seem to work better.
