GREAT for iPhone Xs but NOT the strongest.
I use it to record myself at the gym. I would NOT use it in the car. The hinges aren't strong enough to hold the phone upright and the phone slips from time to time (this is because I have a slightly lowered back plate on the back of the phone which makes the top of the phone heavy; this leads cause the phone to slide down/rotate while the magnet tries to center itself on the metal plate). YET I haven't found a better/more convenient solution. If the magnets and hinges were a little stronger it would be perfect.
