Waste Ribbon Printer Ribbons, Rollers and Transfer Units

I bought this ribbon 4 months ago to replace a broken ribbon. In the time since the belt was replaced the printer has been used very infrequently and the belt has developed "bulges" or spots that are thicker than the others causing the carriage to rattle as the rib rides over the belt drive sprocket . There is a suspicion that I did not receive the LPS belt. Be careful buyer, I will order a new one directly on the LPS website.
