I am 1.60 m tall. I have a hard time finding the right pillow combo for nighttime comfort as the average body pillow is too short for me and I struggle every night with whether I'm going to lay on them. side to avoid shoulder pain but have hip pain or vice versa. It eliminates this dilemma and provides the back support I need to avoid when in pain and allows me to sleep on the side I want to sleep on giving me a pain free hip. I sleep much better. I like it when it's behind my back, over my shoulder and under my neck so the rest of the pillow rests on my head.
