Disappointed (you got it right!) Read the full review

I don't really give a star or two to reviews, especially when the seller seems ok, but I always tell it what I see. I've actually had contact with the seller that this is indeed 100% pure leather, they said it is, I know for sure it's not full grain leather, not like any full grain leather I've seen. Smooth side I applied the bulk, I usually use the fluffy side, which didn't look or feel right to me. Anyway, this skin is hard as stone. This is the worst joint I have ever used and I have had planer knives for over 50 years, I own a few belt knives, I have belt knives and have been making my own for years. If I were you I would buy a slingshot or knife plus slingshot. This one just doesn't cut mustard for me. Pitbullman 216 (PLEASE READ) BeaverCraft said they wanted to fix it and sent me a double 3 x 9 inch line smooth side up! costs €26.00! This sling is just fantastic! I filled one side with 0.5 micron green compound and it worked flawlessly. I had never used the smooth side of a leather sling before but found that after applying the green compound to my belt I made 30 or 40 lines on this new smooth side and to my surprise there was and is an improvement. sharpness. Beavercraft asked me to leave my review and tell you the story of how they made it better than it should have been! I even asked if they wanted me to pay the difference, they said no, it was about them. So. Beavercraft is a stand-up company! who won't leave you alone Maybe I just got a bad piece of skin? But the lines are great! and I will not hesitate to buy from A FIVE STAR again. Pit Bullman 216
