70mm aluminum spacers add approximately 2-1/4 inches to the aero bar. Although not intended, these risers will work with my 2014 Felt B14 handlebars. Those loose ends made a big difference for several reasons. On my stock B14, the elbow pads were flush with the steering wheel, making it difficult to grab the inside of the steering wheel. The risers create space between the aero bars and the handlebars, so you have full grip on the handlebars. With these risers I was able to remove some spacers from the stem. This lowered the handlebars but raised the elbow pads and aero pads, greatly improving the usability of the cockpit. Raising the elbow pads/aero pads also added a bit of comfort. I can make long journeys without stress or pain. I still get a significant aero gain by removing the stem spacers, but if I want an even more aggressive stance in the future I can buy a 40mm or 50mm kit. These risers are absolutely worth the money - one of the best upgrades I've ever made.
