It may be merino wool, but if sheep had wool that fine they'd shiver all the time. I would only wear mittens outside in very cold weather. I tried them on a walk when it was only 40 degrees and my hands were just cold. In fact, I felt like I could feel the breeze right through her. Bad, I think it's more womenswear that should be pointed out
