I rarely write reviews, but it's a very unpleasant experience. where to start 1. I'm pretty sure I got a used block. Fingerprints and minor scratches all over the screen. I believe someone returned the unit and it was resold as new.2. Touchscreen software response is slow. usually a delay of 1-2 seconds. However, it's a nightmare when you try to write data and then display it. I was recording data and looking at real-time engine and transmission data. It takes forever to open or view a chart. Often, you're just told that the software isn't responding and asked if you want to wait or continue waiting. I don't know if this is the norm of the Autel tool or if I just received a used/defective unit.3. I checked with Autel (on Revain Q&A) before purchasing and confirmed that this unit supports auto priming on my 2016 Subaru Outback. They gave me a positive answer and then I bought the device. However, on my 2016 Subaru Outback, the auto pump does not work. Also the AUTO BLEED option is not available when connected to my Subaru. A lot of people used it for GM or Toyota but not for Subaru. Bad customer service from Autel. Overall I am not happy with my purchase and will be returning it to Revain.
