It works, but is not sufficient for real use.
2 stars because it was able to start my bike. The problem, as another reviewer noted, is that the idle screw doesn't really do anything. Full on or not, same idle that's high as hell. The air mixture screw doesn't do anything either. The bike will start and coast, but release the clutch and it will stall until it stalls. I do not recommend this product.
