Bought 3 kits for backyard installation but only installed 2pcs. (3rd sentence was not needed). First impressions are that they are just bright, even too bright. But the Edison bulb looks nice and produces a clean light (not as warm as I expected, but not cold either, so no problem). It only lasted a few days and didn't survive heavy rains, so I'll refrain from judging durability. I had a lightbulb that didn't light up the second time I turned it on, but it just wasn't screwed in properly. Also, the lamps are LED and they have a flicker that occurs with all LED lamps but is not usually noticeable. My only real recommendation is to also get a dimmer so you can get the brightness right. Update: I've had the light on for over a year or so now and haven't had any issues. All bulbs still work perfectly despite rain, wind, snow and ice. I added a dimmer which made a big difference. Upgrade my 4 stars to 5!
