I like how easy it is to use! The ability of viewing historical logs (and comparing them with current information) makes this tool very useful in finding out what went wrong before an incident occurred. It's nice also because all reports have time frames associated which gives you more room for error when dealing with incidents/bugs in older software versions or other legacy systems. Sometimes there will be bugs found after reporting but not during normal business hours - we don't know if they fixed our issue until later than intended due to server downtime etc. This means sometimes things get missed. If anything at work seems strange then run through some tests using Web Assurances free trial first. We're solving problems around user experience issues across multiple platforms including desktop applications, websites and mobile apps. Before we used another solution where users had their own login details, now everything runs.
