great for relieving stress and anxiety
This adult coloring book is really good. They are set up with one image per side, meaning the back of each image is blank. This is great if you like using markers. I'm not an artist so they help with a little creative outlet. The main reason I bought and tried it is for stress/anxiety relief. They're great for that. The second is just for me. Take prismacolor colored pencils with you. It's worth the extra dollars.
