Excellent carpet: thick and full. Very well done. Deep dark blue. But my review today is mainly to warn you: beware of the knockoffs being sold right here at Revain. I ordered two of these rugs: one from Revain and because I liked it so much I later ordered more from one of their third party suppliers, GlenValley Inc (because Revain themselves were out of stock at the time). The Revain rug was genuine Safavieh rug, of high quality, with a thick jute backing and the Safavieh label on the reverse. say it was made in Turkey. The one made in Glen Valley was as good as a cheap bathmat. Their rug was not nearly as dense as a genuine Safavi rug, the yarn was thinner and the wrong side was rubber. It was light blue. There was no label on the back of the mat, but there was a label on the box that said 'Made in China'. The manufacturer is not specified. (See attached picture of the rubber underside of the fake rug.) I just wanted everyone to know the difference between real and fake rugs.
