Item comes as advertised with all parts. As this was my first time using a spinning blade, it didn't slide across the board as expected. I got better and cleaner results when cutting 4 or more layers of (cotton) fabric. One shift was quite difficult. The blade sometimes skips tissue and doesn't cut, but that may be due to my inexperience with these blades and I'm not sure I'm familiar with the distribution of pressure on the blade while cutting. Product Promotion Suggestion: Consider adding a video describing details such as blade brackets on the board and pressure distribution etc. This will be very helpful for users.
