Review on 🔧 Dorman H381272 Hydraulic Brake Hose - Reliable Black Brake Line for Optimal Performance by Derek Cage

This worked great for my application except the molding around the female fitting was different than the bracket on my truck. A keyway (for lack of a better term) is cut into the bracket to prevent the hose from rotating when loosening or tightening the hardline. The Dorman hose had an extra "eyelet" on the casting that prevented it from being inserted into the bracket. I solved this problem using a cutting wheel and a quick sanding to remove the extra ear. After that everything came and worked perfectly. This isn't a problem for me as I was in a well serviced area, but it can be a problem if you're on the side of the road. That was on a Yukon 2500 XL.
