I recently decided to switch from the Easy Comfort Wiper to this one to try something new. Easy Wipers typically last around six months before the internal release mechanism fails and stops releasing toilet paper. So I bought this. First, it's about twice as thick as the other, making it unwieldy, heavy, and clunky in your hand. The unlock button on the side is so hard to unlock, functionally useless and keeps getting stuck. Then there's the idea that you just take a wad of toilet paper, pinch it at the end, and wipe it off. Well, that might sound good in theory, but in reality you're just wiping the whole instrument and yourself with poop because toilet paper doesn't leave a nice fluffy pile. This is after using the bidet so thankfully the poo is minimal, but any amount is too much. I'm disappointed but don't want the personal embarrassment of contacting the manufacturer for a refund. I assume they rely on it for most of their sales otherwise I think they would go broke. Save your money, but differently.
