I had no intention of reviewing this product as I have severe back problems so this is not the best brace for serious injuries. But after a while I decided to let my sister try it because she needs a little extra support for her back from time to time, which causes her minimal pain. She decided to keep the braces. She said it gave her the extra support she needed. She coped with her regular training with ease. In my opinion, the bandage could be a bit firmer and thicker in the waist area.
