I've had many Weber kettle grills in my life and honestly, you can (and I've spent thousands on a grill) a lot on a grill! I'll put it this way, other reviewers will probably "fire" for it, but for the money, the Weber kettle grill just can't be beat. As an aside I have an old 18" Weber Smokey Joe which I have fond memories of. It sat idle unused for many years. I have decided to use it again for individual chefs on my own. At the same time I replaced both grilles that Case cleaned well, added a dome temp sensor and put a cover on it.The vent in the dome gets very hot and I read on the weber fan forum that this KNOB will be added to help with the adjustment.I installed it and will this one Really enjoying add on tonight I could easily buy a new 18" Smokey Joe for a little more than what I've spent so far apart from my time and work but then again it was just a matter of preserving a memory, a grill , looking very much like family for years to come Know that ALL replacement parts were purchased right here at Revain.
