This is the second case I have bought and by far the best case for your iPad. The first case I bought a few years ago was for my mini iPad. My husband recently bought me a new iPad and I immediately ordered the same for my new iPad. If you want to keep your iPad safe and secure so you can always have it with you, get one of these cases. I've dropped my iPad countless times and not a single scratch remained on it. The case consists of 2 parts. The first part is the inner plastic sleeve (blue part) that you put your iPad in. All sides are lockable, keeping your iPad safe inside. Then place the rubber sleeve (purple part) over the plastic sleeve holding your iPad. (Just make sure everything lines up with the edges of your iPad and everything folds together perfectly, nice and neat.
