The first mouse's cord perished after a few of months, the second had double clicks, and the third had a defective sensor that was spinning endlessly; it's unclear how MB could have prevented these failures. All these mice have a sensor like a mouse, and you can get one for just 100r with a friend by playing an hour of RezR or SteelSaers; the difference will be obvious to you, MB.
