I'm 5'10, 140 lbs with long legs and a long torso. I bought a medium, but I was definitely concerned that it would end up being too short for comfort on me. I was very pleasantly surprised that it fit wonderfully! It hugged my waist well and not too tightly. The material isn't too thin either, but for being a slightly heavier fabric, it did a great job not bunching up around the waist when I moved around. It's very flexible. I'm so skeptical about ordering clothes online, but these dresses seem like a miracle. I bought one for my sister for Christmas. I'm probably going to order myself one, too. Err on the side of go for it!
