Slow loading process. Do not wait.
I only used it for about 20 minutes and found my battery was only 2% charged while using the product. It said it was a "slow charge" and would take 43 minutes to charge from 90% to 100%. I tried it on my friend's phone thinking it might just be my phone and he did the same thing on his. That's a really great idea, but nobody wants to wait 5.5 hours to charge their phone (the guy's phone was at one percent and was told it would take 5 hours and 43 minutes to fully charge) .
