InstantAtlas Desktop - Quickly map customer visits
It is easy to navigate to different locations without having to click back and forth between maps and tables. The tool can be easily used in conjunction with other GIS tools for more detailed analysis in specific areas. Easy to use, however, the tool needs improvement when it comes to the user interface and features to make it look more professional. I would recommend this to any business that requires mapping or analyzing data. We are able to create maps that show where our customers have been using our services and then analyze them in more detail to determine the best way to maximize the number of accounts serviced by one person.
Pros
- Very affordable compared what we were paying before.
- Has many useful functions such as map editing/creating, very simple layout design makes navigation quick & efficient (easy enough even if you never worked at an office environment)
- Great customer service through phone calls&email support from staff members!
