This is my first turban towel. I have thick curly hair and was skeptical that my hair would go with something like this, but I needed something like this after a shower at the gym. I swim and had to bring 3 full size towels along with my swim gear and regular gym wear - my gym bag was ridiculously large lol. To my delight it does the job. I love it! He had no problem holding my thick curly mane. It's very absorbent, lightweight, and stays in place better than a large towel that gets tossed about everywhere. I love that they come in 3 packs so I can use one for the gym and the others at home. On training days I shower 2-3 times a day so it's great to always have a dry shower handy. I highly recommend this set! My travel bag is a bit smaller, thanks!
