This cleaner works well but has a very strong odor. When I received the first bottle there was a crack at the top so I asked for a new bottle. When I received a new bottle, it was also cracked and leaking. I was very disappointed because when I called customer service to tell them I couldn't return the original because everything was leaked they said not to worry about a charge but they still took money from me.
