I want this to work with my main keyboard, where is the website?

I had to change my keyboard before it worked. My old keyboard had a TrakPoint mouse button, KVM didn't work with it. It's frustrating, but I got over it. The problem I'm writing this review for is that I can't find the actual instruction manual anywhere on the internet. There is no production facility. I would say there is no after sales support and therefore I cannot recommend a purchase.
