Animal excrement and pleasant smell
This rug would be nice, but it smelled awful. I thought it was just a strange new carpet smell. When I unrolled the rug in my dining room, real animal feces spilled out. I asked my husband to check if it was just part of the carpet (as if the smell of poop and urine wasn't enough), but he confirmed my concerns. Terrible smell and medium sized poo juice stain, so awesome. Also, it was rolled up and flattened on the inside, meaning whoever was rolling and packing the rug was watching and not caring.
