Difficult setup at first.

I needed a replacement and bought this based on the reviews. The setup was stressful at first, then I picked up the phone and called support. The service was fantastic and I quickly went through the last few fixtures I was struggling with. So far this product is a solid five. I'm a techie and had trouble with poor documentation. But this product is exceptional and worth the hassle of setting it up. Install it, connect cameras and call tech support to get online quickly.
