Fits well and is comfortable
We bought this helmet for our 2.5 year old. He's a big guy (40 inches tall) and it suits him well. He likes to carry it and effectively helps him when he accidentally spills water from his scooter. He's too young to really go fast so I can't speak to its effectiveness for a real baby crash, but he wears it and it stays where it belongs.
