I purchased this tan 20mm strap with black hardware to match my Withings Steel HR sport watch and am very pleased with the look and quality. (Honestly, it was a decent color, had a vintage vibe, and was under $10, so I thought it might be worth a shot.) Includes tools in lieu of the new quick release plates, but I had no trouble getting it to install. I've been wearing it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for over 2 weeks and have had no issues with bars popping out or failing with daily wear or training. I would like to point out that I am a woman with 6 inch wrists. , and I wear the strap at the second largest hole (6.25 inches in circumference). I measured the inside circumference of the watch at the smallest and fourth smallest hole and got a usable range of around 6-7 inches. IMO the last three holes can't be used if you want the belt loops to stay in place and not slip off. (See 5th photo; it's on the 5th hole, 3rd from the end. The second hand strap slides right off the end.) The last photo shows a comparison to another 20mm men's strap I have that is about 3/4 inch is longer and Timex women's watch. This strap seems to be in between the two in length. If your wrist is larger than 7" or 7.25", you may find this band a bit too short. Otherwise, it's very comfortable out of the box, the stitching and hardware are solid, and the oiled leather is a great complement to the standard silicone strap that came with the watch.
