I ordered my regular size wasn’t sure after reading the reviews. But it fit perfectly. I am about a 10/12 and usually wear a large. The fit is great, the fabric is great, there is elastic around the waist where the tie is but it’s not adjustable the tie it’s just for show. Only complaint is that it may be a little tight in the back where the shoulder blades are, I tend to have a larger build in the broad shoulders area and sometimes things can get tight there -but it does fit perfectly . For size reference I bought a large and I’m about 5’4”and about 155 pounds. If you were on the fence about ordering dresses from Ebay I would definitely recommend this one I feel great in it and have had lots of compliments.
