The easy to use interface is great! It's very intuitive how you can navigate through it which makes setting up your account much easier than other sites I've used before such as Ameritrade or Charles Schwab (which are so confusing!). You have several different ways that people could potentially lose their money if they don't follow directions well enough - but this isn’t something i'm able to fix once someone has lost there funds because my knowledge level goes no further then "you should do what?" If anyone gets confused by anything within share builder when creating an IRA check out one our live support team members who will be happy answer any questions about navigating around site. We were looking into investing options outside traditional bank accounts during times where interest rates weren'r ideal at best and also wanted more control/flexibility wen purchasing mutual fund shares rather buying them directly from banks via debit cards etc.. I like the ease of creating and managing my account. I also like the ease of transferring funds into and out of my account. I dislike that you can't access your account from anywhere but the web. I wish I could access my account from my phone or tablet. I use this to manage my account from anywhere. With Sharebuilder, I can access my account anytime, anywhere. I also like the fact that I can transfer funds in and out of my account.
