Maybe it's just the shape of my granddaughter's foot, but we really struggle to put them on every time. They appear too narrow from top to bottom (rather than side to side). Once we can finally put shoes on her, there's a lot of room in the sock, so I don't think they're just the wrong size. I love the construction of the shoes and the support they give her while she's still learning to walk.

- Shoes may not provide adequate cushioning, especially for toddlers who are still learning to walk.
