Review on Smiths Adjustable Manual Knife Sharpener by Andres Black

I love this idea, it's easy to sharpen knives at any angle all in one tool! The problem is that for some reason they thought you could only do 2 degree intervals with a somewhat limited range and totally missed the point. Almost all of my knives have a 15° bevel, and some knives (tools, to be precise) have a 25° bevel. So I have the same options as before: sharpen/buff at the wrong angle, buy a sharpener with an angle for each corner, or break out the whetstone. Not 100% useless, but annoyingly shy. .
