The ability to view, document, and report on all aspects of our asset, and the ability to share that information with our stakeholders. There are a few features that are not as intuitive, but they are being worked on. The interface is clean and intuitive, but the data collection can sometimes be tricky. It is not as intuitive as the competition. However, I do not believe that this is a bad thing. The benefits of Xempla far outweigh the learning curve. The asset performance management is critical to our building operations. The ability to monitor our assets, and keep our stakeholders informed is a huge benefit.
