Review on 🍳 12-Piece Cookware Set by Gibson Haslingden by Bella Rodriguez

EDIT: I'm changing my star rating from two to one and am editing this written review of February 9th, 2012 to reflect my subsequent experience with one of these frying pans (the only one I that I use). In particular, I got used to it, I washed it in the dishwasher two or three times. And then the pieces of "stainless steel” come loose. The product is GARBAGE. This is NOT SAFE TO USE. ---Previous Review: Received this at a significant discount off the list price and am still not happy with the value received. For a hundred dollars (MSRP) I certainly wasn't expecting world-class quality, but I expected better than sheet steel that's stamped, bent, and shipped (ok, so I don't know if that was their process, but it seems to be natural). The edges were sharp, for goodness sake. I could use some of these items long-term, but I suspect they'll be on the way to goodwill in the not-too-distant future. NB: I noticed (after I decided to buy it - and I decided to buy it anyway) that what I first thought was a water bath turned out to be a water bath. It does say so in the description (which explains how I figured it out!) but thought I'd point that out to those who might look at the picture and think "vaper". Hope that was helpful!
