After 2 weeks of use. The bolts welded to the frame broke. Now I weigh 220 pounds and it should last up to 350 pounds. When these bolts broke, the entire one side collapsed completely and completely bent the bottom bar that the wheel rested on. He won't hold back, he'll just fall. You couldn't even take it. The photos I provided above are the screws that were attached to the frame. These are not replaceable. I contacted the company or tried. They don't answer phones or emails. I asked to replace the box because the previous box was damaged. I have time to return it before June 4th, but I've spent over $50 on boxes that just don't fit. Did you know that when a memory foam mattress expands, it may not become flat enough to fit in the box it originally came in? I just want my money back for this and it turns out to be impossible to get the box. 60x40x14 is what you need to assemble and close the box. The Amazon rep suggested I disassemble the bed and pack it up as best I can. The frame is in the box but the mattress does not fit. If you get this bed. Don't throw away the box right away, you might need it. I lost $270 because I missed the box. The UPS store would have boxed it but told me it would cost over $100 just for the custom box and then the packaging. I'm so sad. The bed worked fine. handy and easy to assemble but you can't do anything about defects like spot welding and broken bolts in welds.
