I was keen to try the water brush and have been arguing between several different brands. I ended up choosing this one because I liked that it comes with an extra water tank and it's not expensive! I love how the brush can be placed in a water pipe to take with you and is very easy to carry. Although water flows through the bristles, water also comes out of the clear part of the brush when I squeeze the tube. (I've attached an image to show. It's a little hard to see, but you can see the water droplet over part of the brush.) It doesn't matter, and I'm not sure if other water brushes work in this way. Overall I'm happy with the purchase and will probably use it more for background painting and less for detail.
