The ability for customers to see their engagement with our clients is great! It gives us confidence that we are doing what it takes in order help them reach their goals when they want/need support from one of ours!! Nothing so far - but I think this will be something as time goes by because there's nothing better then seeing how engaged you have been through all your channels (social media). What do you like best? We were able to show not only where people came into contact wtih sharedcounts website or social platforms however also showed who was "liked" which helped build relationships between customer service reps & companies alike.
