A few months ago I got burned by a cheap $10 Target version of Fitbit. (should have known). I wanted a fitness tracker because I signed up for the 5k relay and wanted to track my miles, distance and vitals. So I was a bit cautious when I bought this watch a few days ago, read the reviews and decided to give it a try. However, like everyone else, I'm amazed at what this little gadget is capable of. He does what he says and I've gotten a lot of compliments on it. Heart rate, BP, O2 pulse oximeter, all vital data are correct, at least for me. I haven't used the exercise, walk, or run features yet, but I have no doubt that they will be pretty accurate, just like the other features I've used so far. The app that you need to download on your phone doesn't ask for access to EVERYTHING on your phone, only what it needs to work. I liked that very much. Oh, and by the way, the battery life is excellent too! I do not regret buying this watch. Great value for money and I didn't have to break the bank for an Apple Watch or Fitbit like I originally wanted. I have to say I am very happy with this watch.
