This tool is needed because of the crazy system where you can't access the bottom 0 seat screw so you have to use a jackscrew. You only need this product because the previous seat bolts failed and it is almost impossible to remove these bolts. In the end I managed to cut with a hacksaw, but then you still have to drill out the old fitting. After removing the old screws, proceed to install new ones. Only to find that the bracket behind the porcelain has failed and there is nothing to screw on one side.
