I have been working with clear insight for about 3 years now as part my job at work in salesforce marketing cloud to provide support services such us project management helpdesk ticketing etc.. They are very helpful when it comes time needing some assistance or looking up something specific that you may be having trouble finding online (such like how-to videos). Nothing really but if this is your first experience using them then i would say just give their service try out! We use clears insights mainly because we need someone who can assist me daily throughout all day long while also being able solve any questions/issues regarding SFMC projects which come across during normal business hours between 9am - 5pm CST MST PST.
