My sister told me about this product. I don't cook with brown sugar very often, but when I do it always hardens or sticks together in the bag. I hate that! Struggling with this along with the advertised container by following the directions my sugar was soft and fluffy after a few days. Not open at night so be prepared. But when I recently made a good peanut sauce for my pasta, I reached into the container and measured out just the right amount without finding any globs of sugar. It's really pretty and comfortable. We recommend that you purchase the airtight container that comes with the disc. Great product!
