I'm Asian (Vietnamese-American) and have developed severe scales that are very visible on my black hair. I live in San Francisco so we have cold weather here. I tried so many remedies to get rid of dandruff but nothing helped. First I bought a Head and Shoulders and it didn't work. Then I went to Pinterest and tried rubbing coconut oil on my scalp and leaving it there for 3 hours before washing my hair. I did this 3 days in a row and it didn't really work. Third, I tried another suggestion on Pinterest, which was applying apple cider vinegar to the scalp and letting it absorb. The apple cider vinegar didn't work YET. After struggling with everything I almost gave up and this shampoo was my last resort. THANK GOD I bought this shampoo! After the first use, my dandruff situation was almost completely better! I only saw a few flakes after 2 days. Then after about the third application the flakes are gone! Now I'm Flake Free! Thank you Maple Holistics for developing a natural shampoo that has COMPLETELY eliminated my dandruff problem. I will buy this shampoo all year round. It's a miracle <3!
